For the fifth consecutive year, the ACOS Alliance and signatories are offering MENA based journalists free access to two safety training courses in Lebanon.
Run in partnership with the SKeyes Center for Media and Cultural Freedom, the Arab Reporters for Investigative Journalism (ARIJ), Frontline Freelance Register (FFR), Gulf Centre for Human Rights (GCHR), Maharat Foundation, and Marie Colvin Journalists' Network (MCJN), the five day courses will take place November 23 - November 27 2022 and November 27 - December 1, 2022.
Course content will respond to the context of the MENA region and are delivered in both Arabic and English by experienced trainers.
Course fees and accommodation for successful applicants will be included. A limited number of travel grants are available to eligible applicants based in the region.
