PSYCHOLOGICAL SAFETY SESSION: PEER SUPPORT

Gavin Rees, Senior Advisor for Training & Innovation, The Dart Center

Emma Thomasson, Journalist, Trainer & Consultant  


This year’s Psychological Safety session focuses on peer support, exploring the different approaches that are being practiced by organizations to support journalists’ mental health and well-being. The session will use case studies, practical exercises and group discussions to dive into the topic and help formulate a shared understanding of peer support and its value, with a particular focus on freelancers. 

​
